Spicy and cheesy stuffed jalapeños, perfect as an appetizer.

- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each filled jalapeño.
- Place jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of jalapeños according to your spice tolerance.
- For a smoky flavor, add smoked paprika.
