Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapenos, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the poppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
