Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the poppers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite creamy dip.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeno quantity for desired spice level.
- Store leftover poppers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- These can be frozen before baking for later use.
