- 4 medium potatoes, diced

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Add diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once potatoes are tender, sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cover again until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
