- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add the cheese, sour cream, milk, and ranch seasoning.
- Mash the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
