- 4 large green bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the green peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, cheese, diced tomatoes, onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into each green pepper.
- Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
