  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Stir well.
  4. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
