- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a greased baking dish, layer tater tots evenly.
- Sprinkle cooked bacon and green onions over the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and toppings.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
