Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
 - In another bowl, cream butter and cheese together.
 - Combine both mixtures until dough forms.
 - Roll dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
 - Make a thumbprint in the center of each ball.
 - Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
 - Cool slightly before serving.
