- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the cheese, spinach, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
