A creamy and flavorful chili made with chicken and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add chicken, white beans, corn, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Top with additional cheese if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
