  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies, stir well.
  6. Mix in turmeric, red chili, cumin, coriander, and salt.
