- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
