Creamy and flavorful dip inspired by the classic Chicken Caesar salad.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and Caesar dressing until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parsley. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chopped bacon.
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
