  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add sliced chicken, cook until browned.
  5. Add mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, mix well.
