Description
A hearty and delicious Chicken Club Pasta Salad perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and romaine lettuce.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl.
- Pour the ranch dressing over the mixture and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be prepared a day in advance.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or bell peppers.
