Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk until just blended.
- Spoon the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter on top of the biscuits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
