Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll tightly.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
