- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
- Mix in shredded chicken, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top.
- Spread sour cream and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
