Ingredients

- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and add thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through.
- In a pot, boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain and mash potatoes with milk and sour cream until smooth.
- Serve chicken with garlic gravy over mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Adjust garlic amount based on your preference.
- You can use chicken breasts instead of thighs.
- For a thicker gravy, mix in a tablespoon of cornstarch.
