- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, and spices.
- Add the beaten egg and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the koftas until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve with yogurt sauce or salad.
