Ingredients

- 2 cups penne pasta
- 2 chicken fillet, cooked and diced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cooked chicken and Italian seasoning, and stir to combine.
- Pour in marinara sauce and heat through.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Can substitute chicken with turkey or keep it vegetarian.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
