Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, broth, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
