Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Unroll one pie crust and place it over the chicken mixture.
- Trim excess crust and cut slits for steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
