Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillet, sliced
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Mix in cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables you like.
- Adjust soy sauce according to your taste.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
