  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Mix in cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce. Toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
