A delicious Chicken Ranch Quesadilla packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced bell peppers and onions; sauté until soft.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, then layer with chicken mixture and cheese.
- Add another tortilla on top.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet and slice into wedges.
- Serve warm with extra ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
