A quick and easy one-pan dish featuring chicken sausage, broccoli, and orzo.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken sausage
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in orzo and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add broccoli, cover, and reduce heat to simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
