A one-pan dish that combines the flavors of chicken and lasagna in a skillet.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 9 lasagna noodles, broken
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and stir to combine.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Can substitute ground beef or turkey for chicken.
- Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
- Make sure noodles are submerged in sauce for even cooking.
