Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, broken
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add broken lasagna noodles and stir to combine.
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese on top.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  8. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot.
