Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add chicken fillet and coat well with the mixture.
- Grill or pan-cook chicken until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes per side.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet.
- Assemble tacos by placing chicken, onion, and cilantro on each tortilla.
- Serve with lime wedges and salsa.
