Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  4. While sweet potatoes are roasting, steam broccoli florets until bright green and tender.
