Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- While sweet potatoes are roasting, steam broccoli florets until bright green and tender.
- Assemble the bowl: start with a layer of sweet potatoes, add shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, sliced avocado, and feta cheese.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
