Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 10 small corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, and salsa.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet until pliable.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

- Serve with guacamole or sour cream.
- Can substitute chicken with beef or beans.
