Crispy chicken taquitos filled with seasoned chicken and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, salsa, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture on a tortilla.
- Tightly roll the tortilla and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
- Adjust spice level with more salsa if desired.
