Description
A creamy chicken tetrazzini casserole with pasta and mushrooms.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, spaghetti, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- You can use leftover rotisserie chicken.
- Add vegetables of your choice for more flavor.
- This dish can be frozen and reheated.
