Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, spaghetti, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • You can use leftover rotisserie chicken.
  • Add vegetables of your choice for more flavor.
