Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce and coconut milk.
  4. Add garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt.
  5. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  7. Serve with rice and garnish with cilantro.
