A flavorful Indian dish made with marinated chicken in a spiced tomato cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice mix
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, and tikka masala for at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add marinated chicken; cook until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in heavy cream; cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
- Serve with rice or naan.
- Adjust spice level to your taste.
- Can use store-bought tikka masala paste if preferred.
