Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add diced tomatoes, chipotle sauce, and cumin. Stir well.
- Add shredded chicken and mix until combined. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
