Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the chicken until browned.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki sauce.
- In a baking dish, combine cooked rice and cooked chicken.
- Spread tzatziki sauce over the chicken and rice mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Use brown rice for a healthier option.
- Can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for variation.
