Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  5. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Add chicken broth to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove chicken and let it rest.
  8. Drain noodles and toss with remaining butter.
  9. Slice chicken and serve over buttered noodles.
  10. Garnish with parsley.
