A simple and delicious dish featuring tender chicken served over buttered noodles.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add chicken broth to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove chicken and let it rest.
- Drain noodles and toss with remaining butter.
- Slice chicken and serve over buttered noodles.
- Garnish with parsley.

- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Use fresh herbs for more flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
