These chicken wonton tacos are a fun twist on traditional tacos, combining crispy wonton wrappers with seasoned chicken and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  7. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  9. Fill each wonton cup with chicken mixture.
  10. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
