These chicken wonton tacos are a fun twist on traditional tacos, combining crispy wonton wrappers with seasoned chicken and fresh toppings.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 20 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Fill each wonton cup with chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
