- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with half of the chimichurri sauce.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with remaining chimichurri sauce on top.

- Let the chimichurri sit for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
