Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and beef broth, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sesame oil, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
