- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and chipotle sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
