Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chipotle sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs and coat evenly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chipotle sauce.
- Great served with rice or salad.
