Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chipotle sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  5. Cook chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
