Ingredients
- Chips – 500g
- Curry powder – 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk – 400ml
- Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and cook chips according to the package instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
- Add coconut milk, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve chips topped with curry sauce.
