  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, almond butter, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Add chocolate chips and fold gently.
  6. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
  7. Swirl extra almond butter on top.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
