Delicious chocolate almond butter swirl muffins that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, almond butter, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Add chocolate chips and fold gently.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
- Swirl extra almond butter on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These muffins freeze well.
- Try adding nuts for extra crunch.
