- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
