Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil.
- Add melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture. Stir until combined.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough into balls and coat with powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
