  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with the mashed bananas.
  4. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
