Ingredients

- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt.
- Add almond milk and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, topped with nuts or berries if desired.
