- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free chocolate cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed cookies with melted coconut oil.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine coconut cream, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spread half of the chocolate mixture over the cookie crust.
- Add a layer of dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Top with the remaining chocolate mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
