  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted coconut oil.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, combine coconut cream, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Spread half of the chocolate mixture over the cookie crust.
  6. Add a layer of dairy-free chocolate chips.
  7. Top with the remaining chocolate mixture.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
