- 100g butter

- 200ml heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
